Samvar works at the intersection of engineering, data and real-world industrial needs. As Director at MOSIL Lubricants, he focuses on developing high-performance lubrication solutions for critical applications in steel, cement, mining, automotive and more.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, he enjoys working closely with OEMs and maintenance teams to understand application challenges, validate solutions and deliver products that work – not just in the lab, but on the field. His approach is rooted in technical depth, customer feedback and data-backed decision-making.
Samvar has been involved in projects ranging from biodegradable lubricants to aviation greases and open gear formulations, with a strong emphasis on reliability, sustainability and performance.
At the core, he believes every lubricant tells a story and is passionate about getting that story right.
